We have made a significant investment in our IT Infrastructure because we know what an absolute priority it is for clients' data to be safe and always available.
We have our own and multiple servers which drives your services. These are hosted by our Internet Service Provider partner Claranet, a tier one data centre provider and located in a secure internet data centre in London Docklands right on the UK's Internet Backbone ensuring super-fast connectivity. Multiple servers provide protection against hardware or software failure and help balance server load for maximum efficiency and uptime.
Given this infrastructure we can very efficiently host our applications on behalf of clients, saving the need for in-house installation, with consequent time and cost savings.
The nature of the data you are collecting means security is critical. This is a major strength of Consulting Tools' approach. We work frequently with clients such as financial institutions and government who insist on particularly high levels of security and data confidentiality due to their particular activities and public profile.
Our commitment to data security is recognised through our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System. We are fully ISO 27001 accredited with regular external audits which is quite unique in the testing and assessment world; setting us apart from other suppliers and reinforcing our commitment to data security.
Survey data is encrypted and accessed over 128bit SSL connections. We run penetration testing to ensure our systems are secure.
We are also registered with the UK Information Commissioners' Office and comply with data protection legislation.
