Janette Coles
Current Position: Accounts Manager
Before joining the Consulting Tools team, Janette worked within manufacturing looking after the accounts for several companies.
Janette’s role within the group of companies is to look after the day to day running of the accounts, liaise with customers on invoice queries and support the Financial Manager and sales team.
If I wasn’t here I’d be: Riding my horses which is my passion in life.
Julie Mrowicki
Current Position: Psychologist
Before ConsultingTools, Julie worked with the British Psychological Society (BPS) as Manager of the Psychological Testing Centre (PTC), and was responsible for developing new products and initiatives to ensure that standards in psychological testing were promoted and maintained. She has also had her work cited in the New York Times and The Psychologist.
At ConsultingTools, Julie trains individuals to use our psychometric Facet5, and supports students from Universities and Business Schools in their postgraduate research projects. She also presents at conferences and Universities and is a regular contributor to the Facet5 blog.

Lauren Ward
Current Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Lauren joined the ConsultingTools team after graduating from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. She spent her time promoting new clubs and music, while studying for her degree in PR and Psychology.
Her role within ConsultingTools sees her looking after the online and off line marketing activities, organising events and helping the sales team.
If I wasn’t here I’d be: Standing in a muddy field watching live music.
Matt Pocock
Current Position: Managing Director
Matthew holds a BA (Honours) in Marketing and Computer Science, and has over 10 years of experience in testing and assessment. He has played a key part in our product development process, managing the web-enablement and automation of many of our tools and ensuring that we remain at the cutting edge of technology managing project teams and delivering innovative solutions.
He is responsible for providing strategic leadership, leading product development and technology and managing the operations side of the business, and works closely with a number of clients delivering large scale 360° Feedback projects.
If I wasn't here I'd be: watching Spurs suffer another defeat, enjoying Tapas in Spain or at my local pub quiz
Nick Double
Current Position: IT and Infrastructure Manager
Before ConsultingTools, Nick worked for a large firm of solicitors in Cambridge managing the computer systems, and ensuring data security was managed effectively.
Nick's role within ConsultingTools is to manage all areas of IT within the business with key emphasis on security management, disaster recovery, web hosting maintenance and developing the IT strategy.
If I wasn’t here I’d be: outside with my telescope, looking at the stars.
Rachel Willer
Current Position: Client Project Manager
Before ConsultingTools, Rachel worked in a building society implementing new computer systems. She was involved in everything from choosing the new system, to integrating it into the company and training staff to use it.
Rachel’s role within ConsultingTools is to manage the Client Services department. She is responsible for setting up and managing projects, as well as training and supporting clients, partners and the rest of the project management team.
If I wasn’t here I’d be: in an old Spanish town reading books and teaching Salsa.
Rohini Brahma
Associate
Rohini completed her MBA from FMS (Faculty of management Studies) at Delhi University, India, and started her career in financial services. She worked for 6 years in Retail & Medium sector lending ,with P&L resposibilty for her division.
She then changed her career and joined an Executive Search firm in Delhi. She spent almost 5 years working with clients in diverse industries, and specialised in middle to senior level placement across functions. Having had the opportunity to work in recruitment ,and being associated with the HR profession, Rohini was keen to gain more experience in this area. She worked with an HR consulting firm and did assignments in competency building, setting up hiring processes etc.
Subsequently, she moved to London, where she worked on part time HR consulting assignments . She is an associate member of the CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development),and is Level 1 registered to use aptitude tests.
She feels fortunate to have had the chance to live in India, UK & Singapore, and work in different functions. Rohini is now an independant consultant, and is at present looking forward to launching Consulting Tools products in India.
Ian Florance
Current Position: Facet5 and Marketing Consultant
Ian studied English and History of Art at Leeds and Reading University and has since worked in publishing for nearly 30 years. He has published, marketed and promoted educational, clinical and occupational assessments and was director responsible for ASE, the occupational test consultancy. Ian set up his own company, OnlyConnect, in 2002.
Ian has acted as publishers representative on the BPS Test Standards Committee, was secretary of the Business Test Publishers Association and is secretary of the European Test Publishers Group. He has given papers at a number of international conferences on testing issues.
He now works closely with ConsultingTools on matters of strategy, marketing and product development. Ian also works as a ghost writer, executive mentor and occasional journalist.
If I wasn't here I’d be: would be in my home office, writing a poem, listening to strange music.
Mark Slaski
Current Position: Chief Psychologist
As a chartered organisational psychologist, Mark has over 15 years experience studying and applying the concepts of human psychology and emotional intelligence at work. His approach blends rigorous academic research with effective real-world practise.
As a senior lecturer in the psychology department at the University of Hertfordshire Mark teaches on the Masters programme as well as undertaking research in Organisational Psychology. Mark has presented research findings at a number of conferences and published a number of articles.
Mark is one of only 2 UK based members of the EI Consortium a unique body of international researchers dedicated to the research and application of Emotional Intelligence in organisations.

Nigel Evans
Current Position: Senior Psychologist
Nigel is a Business Psychologist with a wealth of organisational development experience having previously provided consulting services to various Global 500 companies both in the UK and internationally.
Nigel's career in psychology has included lecturing, research and consulting roles in applied business areas. After postgraduate work, he was appointed as a consulting psychologist to a national training and support company, who certify practitioner courses. He assisted in setting up their organisational programme, and also ran a personal counselling and coaching practice for three years, which included outplacement assessment.
Nigel has produced competency based assessment and selection techniques, employee/customer survey tools, and HR development plans, to help manage change in a range of organisations. Nigel is regarded as an expert on the use of psychometrics. He holds the highest occupational test registration issued by the British Psychological Society and is qualified to train professionals in the use of ability tests and personality questionnaires.

Chris Callaghan
Current Position: Applications Support and Database Management
After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire, Chris worked in marine conservation research, providing technical support. Following this, he worked as a project manager for a series of web-based applications before joining ConsultingTools.
His role within ConsultingTools is to provide technical application support to clients, international partners and the client services team. He also provides database administration and works on customised system development.

Adam Care
Current Position: Project Administrator
Adam joined the ConsultingTools team after graduating from Birmingham City University, where he studied Information Technology Management for Business.
His role within ConsultingTools is to manage various projects and support clients through the 360 feedback process.

Richard Flowers
Current Position: Sales Manager
Richard's past careers have primarily followed the route of sales and customer care. A large part has been spent in payroll recruitment, working closely with Human Resources departments making sure their needs are met.
Richard's current role at ConsultingTools sees him manage the Facet5 sales process. From providing solutions and aftercare, to making sure a high level of client satisfaction is achieved through out.

Helen Lovatt
Current Position: Project Administrator
Before joining the ConsultingTools team, Helen worked in a variety of administration and customer service roles seeing her gain a wealth of experience in this area. Alongside this, she is currently studying for a degree in Criminology and Psychological Studies.
Her role within ConsultingTools is to manage and administer client projects. She is also responsible for supporting people through the 360 degree process, and guiding clients to use the various online systems.

Nicola White
Current Position: Accounts Assistant
Before joining ConsultingTools Nicola worked for a bank doing a variety of different roles that saw her working in quite a few different branches. She has also spent the majority of her time out on a netball court.
She now works for ConsultingTools part time, alongside studying for her AAT qualification. Nicola helps out the accounts department, recording payments and sending out invoices and statements.

John Dutton
Chairman
John originally qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant. After working as a consultant/lecturer at the University of Aston Business School, John developed his career in Finance in the electronics and automotive industries.
During this period he also held two internal Organisational Development Consultant roles where he led several major Organisation Development assignments in various countries. His final position before becoming an independent consultant was Finance and Commercial Controller for a multinational automobile manufacturer, responsible for extensive subsidiaries and joint ventures throughout Africa.
John’s particular area of specialisation is the improvement of individual and group effectiveness via more systematic problem solving, decision making and business planning processes. His background enables him to offer clients and unusual combination of commercial management skills and insights into people issues.
Jerry Cope
Non-Executive Director
Jerry is a successful executive coach and facilitator for Leadership Development and Culture Change Programmes. His early career in organisational development and Hr saw him became Group MD of Royal Mail, and starting the recovery of the company. He succeeded in turning it into a profitable business, delivering record levels of service quality.
He has headed up a Team Development Programme for a large County Council Cabinet and Senior Management Team, aimed at building upon existing team relations and effectiveness during a time of inevitable change. He coached team members including the Chief Executive and facilitated a series of team building workshops.
Jerry has an MBA from Warwick Business School and is Chair both of Kingston University and of the Prison Service Pay Review Body; he also finds the time to undertake troubleshooting work for charities.

Fiona Beddoes-Jones
Business Psychologist, Author of Thinking Styles
Fiona Beddoes-Jones is a Business Psychologist, specializing in the areas of leadership and management development, learning styles, teamwork, coaching and improving the quality of peoples’ thinking.
She is the author of the psychometric tools Thinking Styles, Cognitive Team Roles and Think Smart, and is widely published in a variety of journals, magazines and via the internet.
An experienced Training and Development consultant, Fiona is an NLP Master Practitioner and uses a range of psychological tools and techniques within her work and with her coaching clients.
A regular speaker at conferences, Fiona is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Institute of Directors (IoD), the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP).
Norman Buckley
Psychologist - author of Facet5
Norman Buckley graduated in Psychology in Sydney, Australia and gained his initial experience with a consulting organisation in Australia. From 1978 he ran his own company in the UK, during which time he pioneered the use of custom built assessment and development processes and worked extensively on biographical and personality data analysis.
More recently he built on ten years’ research in personality theory and developed Facet5; the first major advance in personality assessment in the EU in the past ten years. Now Facet5 is one of the few fully web-enabled approaches to personality measurement and incorporates cutting edge technology specially designed for the web. Facet5 forms part of a range of individual and corporate diagnostic tools covering individual differences, leadership development, corporate culture and environment scanning.
He has extensive experience of psychometric methods and is an expert in questionnaire design and assessment techniques. He has created numerous assessment and development centres, trained management in structured interview techniques and delivered programmes of management assessment, counselling and development.
Kenneth Nowack

Dr. Kenneth M. Nowack is a licensed psychologist (PSY 13758) and Chief Learning Officer of Consulting Tools Inc., a leading edge behavioral sciences management consulting company specializing in, executive and management coaching, 360-degree feedback systems, personnel assessment and selection systems, career development, management training and development, employee health promotion, organizational surveys, and evaluation.
Dr. Nowack has over twenty years of experience in the development and validation of assessment tools, organizational climate surveys, questionnaires, simulations, and tests. He has developed 360-degree feedback systems, assessment centers, employee selection, succession planning, performance appraisal, organizational employee surveys, and management development training programs for a number of clients in both the public and private sectors. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Educational Psychology at the University of California, Davis, and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Rebekah Williams
Co-Author of Facet5
Having graduated in psychology, Rebekah began her career in the clinical field. She specialised in puerperal psychosis and over a period of ten years contributed to research and the treatment of the disorder. During this time she was also very active in the Women’s Health movement and was instrumental in setting up and running the first two Well Women clinics in Manchester, UK. She worked as a Counsellor for the Clinics and promoted the establishment of the first community based self-help groups attached to GP practices.
Towards the end of her clinical work, Rebekah was seconded to the Medical School to work with trainee GP’s on the development of doctor patient communication programmes.
She transferred to the field of business psychology in 1987 and completed a second Masters in Organisational Psychology at UMIST. From here she moved through a number of consulting assignments associated with major organisational change/restructuring programmes. She developed specific expertise in the design and delivery of corporate climate surveys and team leader assessment and development programmes.
Rebekah joined Redfield in 1996 to work on the development of a unique range of personal development processes. During this time she also delivered many individual and team development programmes for both UK and Continental European clients. Her work ranged from individual assessment through leadership development and teambuilding to the design and delivery of training programmes to transfer complex knowledge and technology to Redfield’s clients.
Redfield moved its operations to Australia in 2000 and Rebekah relocated to Sydney as a Director. She has continued to be involved in product development, training and consulting to a growing number of large and small Australian clients. She travels extensively to support Redfield’s work in Europe, South America and the USA.
Michael Dickmann
Strategic Human Resource Consultant - CEO of ConsultingTools Germany
Michael lectures in the areas of international and strategic human resource management as well as in change management at Cranfield University.
His PhD and much of his research focuses on human resource strategies, structures and processes in multinational organisations, including the ways they manage change and international mergers & acquisitions. Michael has a first class honours degree in Economics from London University and an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from LSE. He has cooperated with the CIPD on a number of key projects.
Michael has several years of work experiences for major consultancies and in industry. He has conducted a variety of consulting and research assignments with cutting edge multinational organisations mostly from the banking, telecommunications, chemical, electrical engineering and electronics industries.
John Guinan
Human Resource Consultant - CEO ConsultingTools Ireland
Specialist HR Consultant, previously HR Director for the Bank of Ireland.
John is a graduate of University College Dublin where he studied Commerce at degree and Psychology at post graduate level. His HR career extended over 30 years in the HR Function with Bank of Ireland. During his time in Human Resources, he has had experience and management responsibility for Training, Selection, Assessment, Recruitment, Remuneration, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Internal Communications, Strategic HR Planning and as an HR Manager.
John has a particular interest in the Strategic positioning of HR and has worked to develop the future model of HR for a number of major organisations built around Shared Services, Centres of Excellence and the Business Partner model.
John has lectured on various HR topics in both Ireland and abroad, to the CIPD Annual Conference in Ireland, the International HR Conference in Dubai and the recent IHRM Conference in University of Limerick. He is a Fellow of CIPD and lectures on HR at the Irish Management Institute and is a member of the faculty of Management Centre Europe in Brussels.
He has now set up his own HR Consultancy Company specialising in Management & Team Development, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, HR Strategy, Performance Management, Assessment & Selection, Employee Engagement and Executive Coaching & Mentoring.
Steen Pedersen
CEO ConsultingTools Denmark
Steen has worked as a management consultant since 1977. Through his great interest in people, Steen specialises in areas of management and organisational development, people skills, facilitation, train the trainer and coaching of high performing teams and performance management programs in medium to large size organizations.
Steen has worked intensively with 360° Feedback since 1993 and has implemented solutions into many organisations throughout his native country of Denmark and also in Sweden, Norway and the USA. Steen is fluent in Danish, English and Swedish.
Steen is the CEO of ConsultingTools-DK operating in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Peter Ward
Learning & Development Consultant
Peter has held a variety of Personnel and Training positions including: Management Training Manager (Chrysler UK), Training Manager (Leyland International), Personnel Manager, Product Engineering, (Austin Rover).
In 1985 he was recruited by Tesco as Group Training Director, to re-shape and re-vitalise the Training and Management Development function. He later became Stores Board Director responsible for Organisation Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Management Development and HR Strategy. In this position he was a member of the Company's Strategy Committee.
Peter was Technical Director of the Coca-Cola Retailing Research Group, Europe for six years. Recently he has specialised in leading development work on 360° feedback and appraisal. He has led several major assignments for large European organisations on this subject and has had his book 360-Degree Feedback published by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Peter continues to advise our clients on competency and behavioural development, facilitator feedback training and coaching.
