We also supply consultants and HR professionals employed by organisations who have the expertise to deliver internally.

Our solution based approach is built on three key principles which underpin our reputation:

  • Our tools focus on all aspects human measurement - from teams and organisations to individuals; from surveys of attitudes to psychometric tests of personality.
  • We have an IT infrastructure which delivers our solutions - or allows you to deliver yours and it must be absolutely secure and customisable to your needs.
  • Our client services range from project management and software integration to highly focused training.

These three key principles are all built with the aim of delivering a solution around you, the customer.

  • We combine rigor with relationships, consulting with partnership, instruments with flexibility and challenge with honesty. Our approach is about learning, development and change.
  • We do not offer HR or organisational consultancy - our clients do. We have close relations with a network of professional consultancies and we can put you in touch with them.
  • We concentrate on what we do best - creating assessments, distributing them and ensuring projects work to the benefit of consultants and their clients from start to end.

To achieve this we keep our core employee base small, ensuring personal service, instant communication and a minimum of overhead cost passed on to our clients. But we also have a flexible network of external authors and consultants, technical experts and psychologists who all provide specialist skills with national reputations.
